Return Policy:

If you have any question or concern about your purchase, please contact us within 30 days after you received your item.

Only returns officialy accepted by ProactiveSupps will be processed. (You need to get return confirmation number for quick and easy return).

Unopened and undamged items returned within 90 days will receive a full refund or exchange.

If particular product does not apply for refund, buyer will be notified during the purchase.

Buyer pays for return shipping. (Tracking number is buyer’s responsibility.)

20% restocking fee applay for each return.

Open items do not qualify for return.
